Where do I find my bid invitations?

Depending on your account type and the tools licensed to your company, you will access bid invitations in either the Bid Board tool or the Planroom tool.

Where do I find my bids if I have a Free Procore Account?

• If you have a Free Account, you can view all your invitations in the Bid Board tool within your free account. Whether you log in directly or click a link in a bid invitation email, the system routes you to the Bid Board tool in your free account.

  • Submitting a Bid: You will complete and submit your bid information within your Bid Board tool.

Where do I find my bids if my company has a Paid Procore Account?

Your access depends on which tools your company has licensed:

• With the Bid Board tool: If your company has a license for the Bid Board tool, you can view all sent invitations directly in that tool.

  • Note: If you click a link from a bid invitation email, you are taken to the sender's Planroom tool to view the details.

  • Submitting a Bid: You can complete and submit your bid information either within the sender's Planroom tool or your Bid Board tool.

• Without the Bid Board tool: If you do not have a Free Account or a Bid Board license, you access bids via the sender's Planroom tool. You can reach this by logging in and navigating to the tool or by clicking the link in your bid invitation email.

  • Submitting a Bid: You will complete and submit your bid information within the sender's Planroom tool.

Where do I go if I do not have a Free or Paid account?

If you have not set up a Procore account, you can still access and respond to individual bid invitations through the sender's Planroom tool.

• Access via Email: Open the bid invitation email sent by the requester and click the link provided. This link takes you directly to the sender's Planroom tool where you can view the project details.

  • Submitting a Bid: You will complete and submit your bid information within the sender's Planroom tool.
