The Bid Board section in a Procore Construction Network account allows users to view all bids that they have been invited to without needing to log into separate companies in Procore.
Answer
Individuals can view a bid within the Procore Construction Network as long as their company is invited; they do not need to be personally listed as a recipient to access the Planroom.
