Search and Filter for Inspections

• Required User Permissions

• The search applies your selected filters and searches only within those results.

• Procore saves your Inspections search and filter preferences separately for each project. When you switch between projects, the tool restores your last filters for that specific project.

• The Inspections tool saves your search and filter criteria automatically. When you return to the tool, it applies your previous search to the log.

Search for Inspections

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.

2. Enter a word or phrase in the search bar to search the following fields:

   • Asset ID

   • Description

   • Name

   • Number

Add Filters

1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.

2. Click Filters.

3. Select to filter by the following:

   • Assets (based on Asset ID)

   • Closed By

   • Date Closed

   • Assignees

   • Inspection Templates

   • Inspection Date

   • Due Date

   • Location (See How do I filter by multi-tier locations?)

   • Equipment (See Add an Equipment Record to the Project Equipment Tool)

   • Point of Contact

   • Responsible Contractor

   • Spec Section

   • Status

   • Trade

   • Type
