Delete Materials from Inventory

If the you have materials listed in your inventory with with no quantities ordered, received, issued, or available, you can delete them from your inventory.

• Required User Permissions

• If materials have been ordered, received, or issued for the item, you must remove the relationships and delete the order, shipment, or receipt, or issue ticket, before you can delete the item.

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Add materials that need to be deleted to your list. See Add Materials to List.

3. Click the List tab.

4. Click the Actions menu.

5. Click Decommission All.

6. Click Ok to confirm.
