Search Materials Adjustments and Transfers

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Transfers sub tab.

4. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

   • Transfer name

   • Description
     Note: While this is not shown in the dashboard, information entered as a part of the Notes field when creating a transfer or adjustment is searchable. See Create a Materials Transfer or Create a Materials Adjustment.

5. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Search Materials Adjustment and Transfer Line Items

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Transfers sub tab.

4. Mark the checkbox to Show Line Items. Then click Apply.

5. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

   • Resource

   • Transfer name

6. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Filter Materials Adjustments and Transfers

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Transfers sub tab.

4. Select from the following filters:

   • Created Date. Enter the date range the adjustment or transfer was created.

   • Status. Select a Adjustment or Transfer status.

   • Creation Type. Select how the adjustment or transfer was created.

5. Click Apply.

6. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.

Filter Materials Adjustment and Transfer Line Items

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Transfers sub tab.

4. Mark the checkbox to Show Line Items. Then click Apply.

5. Select from the following filters:

   • Created Date. Enter the date range the adjustment or transfer was created.

   • Status. Select a Adjustment or Transfer status.

   • Creation Type. Select how the adjustment or transfer was created.

6. Click Apply.

7. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.
