Search and Filter Materials Requests

This feature is currently in beta for select Procore customers.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • If there are multiple dates within a single request, requests are filtered by the earliest date a line item is required.

Search Materials Requests

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Control tab.

  3. Click the Requests sub tab.

  4. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

    • Request number

  5. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Search Materials Request Line Items

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Control tab.

  3. Click the Requests sub tab.

  4. Mark the checkbox to Show Line Items. Then click Apply.

  5. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

    • Resource

    • Request number

  6. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Filter Materials Requests

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Control tab.

  3. Click the Requests sub tab.

  4. Select from the following filters:

    • Required by Date. Enter the date range the materials requested are required.
      Note: If there are multiple dates within a single request, requests are filtered by the earliest date a line item is required.

    • Status. Select a request status.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Control tab.

  3. Click the Requests sub tab.

  5. Select from the following filters:

    • Required by Date. Enter the date range the materials requested are required.

    • Status. Select a request status.

  6. Click Apply.
