Search and Filter Shipments

• Required User Permissions

• The estimated arrival date for the shipment is based on the ship date and the estimated transit time entered when creating a shipment. See Create a Shipment.

Search Materials Shipments

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Shipments sub tab.

4. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

   • Shipment number

   • Vendor

5. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Search Materials Shipment Line Items

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Shipments sub tab.

4. Mark the checkbox to Show Line Items. Then click Apply.

5. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

   • Resource

   • Shipment number

   • Vendor

6. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Filter Materials Shipments

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Shipments sub tab.

4. Select from the following filters:

   • Estimated Delivery Date. Enter the delivery date range.

   • Location. Select the location where items in the shipment will be stored, if entered when creating a shipment. See Create a Shipment.

5. Click Apply.

6. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.

Filter Materials Shipment Line Items

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the Shipments sub tab.

4. Select from the following filters:

   • Estimated Delivery Date. Enter the delivery date range.

   • Location. Select the location where items in the line item will be stored, if entered on the shipment. See Create a Shipment or Update a Shipment.

5. Click Apply.

6. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.
