Search UOSD Defects

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the UOSD/Defects sub tab.

4. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

   • UOSD Ticket

   • Vendor

   • Receipt number

5. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Search UOSD Defect Line Items

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the UOSD/Defects sub tab.

4. Mark the checkbox to Show Line Items. Then click Apply.

5. In the search box, enter your search term. Then press ENTER on your keyboard to search by the following fields:

   • Resource

   • UOSD Ticket

   • Vendor

6. Optional: To clear your search, clear the search box and click Apply.

Filter UOSD Defects

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the UOSD/Defects sub tab.

4. Select from the following filters:

   • Created Date. Enter the date range the UOSD Defect was created.

   • Status. Select a UOSD Defect status.

5. Click Apply.

6. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.

Filter UOSD Defects Line Items

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Control tab.

3. Click the UOSD/Defects sub tab.

4. Mark the checkbox to Show Line Items. Then click Apply.

5. Select from the following filters:

   • Created Date. Enter the date range the UOSD Defect was created.

   • Status. Select a UOSD Defect status.

6. Click Apply.

7. Optional: To clear your filters, clear the filters and click Apply.
