Find and Filter Coordination Issues in the Model Viewer

Background

As a project progresses, numerous coordination issues are identified within the 3D models, and as the list grows, it can become challenging to manage. The Model Viewer's search and filter functions are essential tools for helping you efficiently isolate specific issues. This allows you to narrow the list to find the exact items you need to review, track, or resolve.

Steps

Search for Issues by Number or Title

  1. Navigate to the project's Models tool in Procore.

  2. Click a model's tile to open it in the Model Viewer.

  3. Click the Issues icon-issues.png icon to open the Coordination Issues side panel.

  4. Click the All Issues or My Issues tab.

  5. Type a keyword, phrase, or numbers in the Search by Number or Title box.

  6. Click the magnifying glass icon or press ENTER to initiate the search.

Apply Filters to Issues

  1. Click a model's tile to open it in the Model Viewer.

  2. Click the Issues icon-issues.png icon to open the Coordination Issues side panel.

  3. Click the All Issues or My Issues tab.

  4. Click the Filters button.

  5. In the Filters panel, select the filters to apply. Options include: Assignee, Assignee Company, Created By, Created From, Date Created, Due Date, Location, Priority, Source, Status, Trade, and Type.

    Tip
    • To remove a specific data filter, click the X icon on the item to remove.

    • To clear all of the applied filters, click Clear All.

  6. Choose an option:

    1. Click the > close the Filters panel and save your changes.

    2. Click the X icon to close the Filters panel without saving your changes.
