Promote a Project Report to the Company Level

Company Administrators can enable the 360 Project Execution Reporting for Non-Admin Users in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

With this beta, your data access is determined by your existing tool permissions. You can create and view detailed Project and Company 360 Reports using all the data you already have permission to see—no tool-level admin access is required. This applies only to data within the Project Execution Dataset.

Background

When you create a report at the project level, you might decide that it would be useful to have the same report available on other projects within your company's Procore account. You can promote a report from the project level to the company level to make it available for assignment to other projects.

Things to Consider

  • 'Admin' level permissions to the Company level Directory tool.

  • You must have access to the report as the creator, or the report must be shared with you.

Note

The Promote to Company feature is only available for 360 Reporting.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project level 360 Reporting tool.

  2. View the report you want to promote to the Company level.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and hover over Make a Copy.

  4. Select Promote to Company.
    A banner appears when the promotion is successful.

  5. (Optional) Click View Copy in the banner to view the report at the Company level.
