Submit a Bid on Behalf of a Bidder

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions on the project's Bidding tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • If a bidder submits a bid outside of Procore, you can enter and submit the bid on their behalf.

    • You can attach proposals and other documents in the Attachments section.

    • See Add Bidders to a Bid Form to add a new bidder.

 Tip

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Click the name of the relevant bid package.

  3. Locate the bid form and company you want to submit a bid for.

  4. Click the company name in the 'Bidders' column to open their bid sheet.

  5. Fill out the bid sheet.

  6. Click Submit Bid.
