Best Practice: Manage User Access with Project Permissions Templates

If you have more than two (2) users, Procore recommends using a Project Permissions Template to manage access to the tool (instead of the steps below). See Manage Assignable Project Permissions Templates in the Permissions Tool.

  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool.

  2. Click the Configure Settings The gear icon with black gear on gray button. icon.

  3. (Optional) In the Permissions tab, search for a specific user.

  4. Set each user's permission for the Coordination Issues tool by choosing an permissions option.

    Show/Hide Details

    • None. No access to the tool.

    • Read Only. Can view issues but cannot create or edit them.

    • Standard. Can create and manage their own issues.

    • Admin. Full control over all settings and all issues.
