Export a List of Coordination Issues

Exporting a list of coordination issues from your project provides a report of the coordination issues along with their general information and snapshot(s).

  • You can search for and filter coordination issues to narrow down the list of coordination issues included in the export. See Search for and Filter Coordination Issues.

  • To export successfully to BCF, issues must have an associated viewpoint.

1. Navigate to the project level Coordination Issues tool.

2. Choose from these options:

   • To export the entire list, click the Export button to see your format options.

   • To export a filtered view, apply the filters you want. Then click Export.

3. Choose a format option:

   Show/Hide Details

   File Format	Description	Notes
   BCF	BIM Collaboration Format	Exports the list to the BDF format, which is an open standard file format used to communicate design issues. To export successfully, issues must have an associated viewpoint.
   CSV	Comma Separated Values	Exports the list as plain text tabular data. Ideal for importing into spreadsheets, databases, or external reporting tools.
   PDF	Portable Document Format	Exports a clean, print-ready document of the list. Ideal for sharing static snapshots with stakeholders.
   PDF with Activity	Portable Document Format including Activity History	Exports the list along with its complete audit trail, comments, and historical activity log.
