View Equipment Details in the Project Equipment Tool

Procore's Equipment tool ensures all machines are optimally used and effectively managed from arrival to departure. The project's Equipment tool shows what equipment has been assigned to your project and is available for use in the project's Timesheets, Inspections, and Budget tools.

• Required User Permissions

• The Equipment tool must be enabled for your project. See Add and Remove Project Tools.

• Equipment on the Registry tab includes full details for equipment that is owned or subcontracted by your company. Records here are also added to the company's Equipment Registry.

• The Project-Only Equipment tab includes short term or temporary equipment that was created in the Daily Log, Incidents, or Inspections tools. These records are not added to the company's Equipment Registry.

1. Navigate to the project's Equipment tool.

2. View Equipment.

   • Click the Registry tab and the Equipment ID to view the equipment details.

     • Click the relevant tab to see information:

       • Information. Includes general information and specifications about the equipment.

       • Rates. Includes information about the equipment's cost and billable rates.

       • Maintenance Records. Includes information about maintenance records.

   • Click the Project-Only Equipment tab to view temporary equipment that was created in the Daily Log, Incidents, or Inspections tools.
