View My Open Items (iOS)

My Open Items lists all actionable tasks—such as submittals, RFIs, and inspections—assigned to you.

The items you see depend on your view. At the project level, My Open Items displays tasks exclusive to that specific project. At the company level—via the Consolidated My Open Items Workspace beta (US 2 | UK)—the list dynamically aggregates open items from across all projects and companies.

• Required User Permissions

• While most items open in the Procore app, items from certain tools like Action Plans, will launch in your web browser instead.

• Correspondence, Custom Tools, and Owner Invoice are currently not accessible for MOI on mobile and the users will be directed to the Desktop for a better view. Support for these item types from MOI on mobile will be coming soon.

1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap your avatar circle to navigate to the Sidebar screen.

3. Tap My Open Items.

4. Tap the item to view its details.
