Mention Users in a Coordination Issue Comment from the Procore BIM Plugin
Use the @mention feature to request input on a coordination issue from specific team members. This centralizes communication and avoids the need to send mass emails to uninvolved users.
How it Works: In a comment, type @ before each user's name you wish to notify.
Notifications: Every mentioned user automatically receives a notification email with a direct link to the issue.
Best Use: Ideal for pulling in non-assignee specialists (e.g., engineers, foremen) for their expert opinion.
Requirement: To be mentioned, users must have 'Read-Only' or higher permissions on the Coordination Issues tool.
