Reassociate a Model with a Procore Project from the Procore BIM Plugin

When you associate a model with a project in Procore, you are able to create and manage issues found in the model and track them in Procore. Resolving these issues helps save you time and money as well as reduces the number of RFIs and change events that your team has to create as the project progresses.

  • You can connect multiple models to one Procore project, but each model can only belong to one project at a time.

  • To move a model to a different project, you must first delete all of its existing coordination issues.

• Delete any coordination issues associated with the model. See Delete a Coordination Issue.

1. Open the Navisworks® application on your Windows® computer.

2. Click the Procore tab to open the Procore plugin.

3. Open the model you want to reassociate to another project.
   Note: You will need 'Admin' permissions on the Coordination Issues tool for the project you want to associate the model with.

4. Click Settings.

5. Click Edit. The Procore plugin will prompt you to select a project to associate the model with.

6. Select the company and project you want to associate with the model.

7. Click Submit.
