Reopen a Coordination Issue from the Procore BIM Plugin

You can reopen an issue from 'Ready for Review,' 'Closed,' or 'Moved to Observation' status if it requires more work. This typically happens if a fix is incomplete, new information makes the solution obsolete, or someone closes the issue by mistake. Reopening an issue changes its status back to 'Open' and signals to the assignee that it needs attention, ensuring full resolution before final model sign-off.

  • You can reopen issues in the Ready to Review, Closed, or Moved to Observation status.

  • Closed issues do not appear in the Procore BIM Plugin. You can only reopen it using the Coordination Issues tool in the Procore web application.

Issues with a 'Closed' status cannot be reopened from the Procore BIM Plugin. However, you can reopen issues in the 'Ready for Review' status.

1. Open Navisworks® and your model on your Windows® computer.

2. Click the Procore tab.

3. Click Coordination Issues.

4. In the Coordination Issues side panel, select the project in Procore.

5. On the coordination issue, click the information icon.

6. Click Reopen.
