Report an Issue with the Mobile App
Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
Tap your avatar circle to navigate to the Sidebar screen.

Under 'Support & Feedback', tap Report a Problem.
Tap Report App Issue.
Enter a description of the problem you are experiencing into the message box.
Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message.
Tap Report Problem.
