Report an Issue with the Mobile App

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap your avatar circle to navigate to the Sidebar screen. avatar.png
    Tip!
    You can also swipe right to get to this screen.

  3. Tap Support & Feedback.

  4. Tap Report App Issue.

  5. Enter a description of the problem you are experiencing into the message box.

  6. Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message.

  7. Tap Send Logs to Support.
