Important
Bidders must be added to the Company level Directory in order for you to invite them to bid on a project. Once a company is added to a bid package, bidders within that company will automatically be given access to the Planroom upon logging into Procore. This is how users with 'None' access to the Planroom tool can still perform the actions below.
